I think that we are still the United (amalgamated) Church due to the joining of several differently named churches. I also think it is simply semantics to say we are not "of Canada:. We are in Canada, were formed in Canada and worship in Canada. Of course we don't represent all citizens of Canada - that is just semantics.
Thanks for the statistics for our Futures ministry. They will be helpful in helping us have an informed congregation.
